Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Digital Product

DriveWidget is a digital SaaS product. No physical goods are shipped or delivered. All services are provided online.

2. Free Plan

DriveWidget offers a free plan with no payment required. You can use the free plan indefinitely with no obligation to upgrade.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from your dashboard (Settings → Billing). Upon cancellation:

  • Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your connections and data will be preserved, but usage limits will revert to Free plan limits
  • No further charges will be made

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked. If DriveWidget is not the right fit, email us and we will refund your payment.
  • Service outage: If the Service experiences significant downtime (more than 48 continuous hours) during your billing period, you are eligible for a prorated refund.
  • Accidental charge: If you were charged after cancellation due to a billing error, we will refund the full amount.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Partial month usage (we do not offer prorated refunds after 7 days)
  • Exceeding plan limits and wanting to downgrade mid-cycle
  • Account suspension due to violation of Terms & Conditions

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at sanheensethi37659@gmail.com with your account email and reason for the refund. We will process approved refunds within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

7. Account Deletion

You can request full account deletion by emailing us. Upon deletion:

  • All your data, connections, and API keys will be permanently deleted
  • Google Drive OAuth tokens will be revoked
  • This action is irreversible
