1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DriveWidget ("the Service"), operated by Sanheen Sethi ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DriveWidget is a SaaS platform that enables users to collect files directly into their Google Drive via embeddable widgets, public upload pages, and REST APIs. The Service is a digital product — no physical goods are shipped.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscription & Payments

DriveWidget offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees via our payment processor (Razorpay). All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Usage Limits

Each plan has defined limits for connections, API requests, and file upload sizes. Exceeding these limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of service until the next billing cycle or plan upgrade.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or malicious purposes
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Exceed rate limits or abuse the API intentionally

7. Data & Privacy

Files uploaded through DriveWidget are stored directly in the user's Google Drive. We do not store uploaded files on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

8. Google Drive Integration

The Service integrates with Google Drive via OAuth 2.0. By connecting your Google account, you grant DriveWidget permission to create folders and upload files to your Drive on behalf of your uploaders. You can revoke this access at any time from your Google account settings.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with or without notice. We are not liable for any downtime or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriveWidget and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data and connections will be deleted after 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Punjab, India.
